Terms and Conditions
Welcome
Our goal is to provide every guest with a safe, clean, comfortable, and enjoyable camping experience. These Terms apply to every reservation, guest, visitor, pet owner, and vehicle entering the property.
1. Agreement to Terms
By making a reservation, submitting payment, checking in, entering the property, or occupying any site or accommodation, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Rates & Fees
Current accommodation rates, visitor fees, processing fees, cleaning charges, and other applicable fees are available from the campground office or website and may change until a reservation is confirmed. Additional fees may apply for optional services, visitors, pets, damages, cleaning, or rule violations.
3. Reservations & Payments
Reservations are not guaranteed until payment is received. Reservations may not be transferred without management approval. Management may relocate guests to an equivalent site when operationally necessary.
4. Check-In & Check-Out
RV/Tent: 12:00 PM in, 11:00 AM out. Cabins/Hotel: 2:00 PM in, 11:00 AM out. Early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability and applicable fees.
5. Cancellation Policy
Standard reservations cancelled 48+ hours before arrival receive a refund less the applicable processing fee. Sturgis reservations cancelled 31+ days before arrival receive a refund less the applicable processing fee. Other cancellation windows remain as published.
6. Visitors
Registered guests are responsible for visitors. Overnight visitors or those using campground facilities may be charged applicable fees.
7. General Rules
Observe quiet hours, respect neighboring guests, keep sites clean, and follow posted rules. Management may remove disruptive guests without refund.
8. RV & Tent Sites
Sites must remain clean and within assigned boundaries. Cleaning charges may apply for excessive trash, pet waste, or extraordinary cleanup.
9. Cabins & Hotel Rooms
Smoking or vaping is prohibited. Smoking is subject to a minimum cleaning charge plus additional remediation costs. Damage is subject to a minimum repair charge plus actual repair or replacement costs.
10. Pets
Pets must remain leashed, cleaned up after immediately, and may not be left unattended outside.
11. Vehicles
Maximum speed 8 MPH. Only licensed vehicles are permitted. Mechanical repairs, washing, and EV charging require approval.
12. Pool
No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Temporary pool closures do not qualify for refunds.
13. Firewood, Campfires & Generators
Campfires are permitted only when allowed by local restrictions. Outside firewood may be restricted. Generator use requires approval except during emergencies.
14. WiFi
WiFi is provided as a courtesy without guaranteed availability or speed.
15. Drones
Drone operation requires management approval and compliance with FAA regulations.
16. Wildlife & Trees
Guests assume the risks associated with wildlife and natural hazards including falling limbs and changing weather.
17. Damage & Cleaning
Guests authorize charges for damages, excessive cleaning, smoking remediation, pet cleanup, abandoned property removal, disposal costs, unpaid balances, and rule violations. Actual costs may exceed any minimum fee.
18. Winter Camping
Winter operational policies remain in effect. First two emergency water assists are complimentary; additional assistance may incur applicable fees. Hydrant damage is subject to a minimum repair charge or actual repair cost.
19. Photography
Common areas may be photographed or recorded for promotional or security purposes.
20. Chargebacks
Improper chargebacks may result in collections and recovery of allowable costs.
21. Force Majeure
The campground is not liable for interruptions caused by weather, wildfire, smoke, flooding, snow, utility outages, internet outages, road closures, or government actions.
22. Limitation of Liability
Guests use the campground at their own risk to the fullest extent permitted by law.
23. Electronic Acceptance
Electronic reservations and payments carry the same legal effect as handwritten signatures.
24. Entire Agreement
These Terms, reservation confirmations, posted rules, and applicable policies constitute the entire agreement.
BY COMPLETING A RESERVATION, SUBMITTING PAYMENT, CHECKING IN, ENTERING THE PROPERTY, OCCUPYING ANY SITE OR ACCOMMODATION, OR REMAINING ON THE PROPERTY, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE REMOVAL FROM THE PROPERTY WITHOUT REFUND.
