Under New Ownership (2022)

Hello everyone, we would love to introduce ourselves. We are the Heinis family. We are the new owners of the Rapid City RV Park & Campground here in Rapid City, SD. My husband, Jeff Heinis, is a Rapid City native and I am from Denver, Colorado. We have relocated our family to Rapid and cannot wait to meet you all.

We are so excited for the season, as we have so many fun ideas that we would like to bring to the park in the near future. We are going to do our best to keep you all updated as we navigate this exciting journey.

We are now entering our 3rd year and season 3. We are not only still just as excited for the season, but we are equally excited to meet new faces and visit with some who are as close as friends. Safe travels and many blessings to all of you.

Meet Our Team

Jimmy

Jimmy is our head of the park. He's our work camper, coming to us from Colorado, along with his beautiful family. They have been here with us since year one making this our 4th season. He is AMAZING! A jack of all trades and we couldn't do it without him. That is not an understatement. If you see him around, give him a big hello.

Stefanny

Stefanny is our Social Media and Marketing manager. She is always willing to help guest in any way she can. She and Jimmy are a great team and love being here to say hello guests along their travels. Be sure to say hello to her if you see her in the office.

Marlene

Marlene is truly one of the hardest-working people you’ll ever meet and an amazing asset to our team. Her dedication, attention to detail, and positive spirit help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. During the summer months, you’ll often see Marlene and her daughter riding around in one of our golf carts, smiling and enjoying the day together. Their cheerful presence is a big part of what makes our campground feel like home.

Nancy

This is Nancy. She will likely be the first person you see smiling at you as you enter our check-in. This is her first year joining us and she brings years of experience in hospitality and we are happy to have her!
