Monthly Rates

During the winter months, the following amenities are included:

• Water
• Sewer
• Electric
• WIFI (no repeaters allowed)
• Pull-through spot
• Snow plowing services (if necessary)

Please note: The gift shop, bathhouse, and laundry room will be closed during this period.

• Monthly Rate:
  • $950/month for October.
  • $1250/month for November, December, & January.
  • $950/month for February, March, & April.

• A minimum stay of 30 days is required.
  
• Prorated Rate: If staying beyond 30 days, extra days will be charged at a prorated rate. If you leave in the middle of any month after your first 30 days, that month will be prorated accordingly.
  
• Payment: A credit card must be on file and will be charged at the beginning of each month. You will receive an email 3 days prior to payment being processed.
  
• Deposit: A deposit of half of first month is required upon reservation.
  
• Cancellation: A two-week notice is required for cancellations. If canceled within the two weeks prior to scheduled arrival, the deposit will not be refunded minus $20.

• If checking in before October 1 and checking out after May 1, the regular season rate will apply for those days.
• All spots will be available for rent to the general public after May 1. If you wish to stay after May 1, please provide ample notice to hold your spot.
• Campers staying less than 30 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• Staying at the RV Park during the winter does not constitute residency.
• The RV Park reserves the right to eject campers for rule violations.

• If the temperature is below 50°F, water hoses must be disconnected from the water hydrant after filling the tank.
• In case of emergency and the Camper is unable to disconnect the water line, the RV Park must be notified to disconnect the water line.
  • Each Camper is entitled to two emergency requests at no charge.
  • Additional emergency requests will incur a $20 fee.
  • Any cracked or damaged hydrants will result in a minimum $1,000 fee to cover repair costs.  The fee will not exceed the cost of repairs.  
  • NO HEATERS RAN OUTSIDE YOUR RIG.

All regular season rules will still apply during the winter months.

By reserving a spot, the Camper agrees to all the terms and conditions outlined above. No signature is required on this contract.

 MONTHLY RV CAMPING Agreement

During the rental period, the following amenities are included:

• Packed gravel spot
• WIFI (no repeaters allowed)
• Pool Open June to August.
• Arcade- Games on free play.
• Laundry Room- Coin Operated. Open 24/7.

Note: The gift shop, bathhouse, and laundry room may have limited hours or be unavailable at certain times of the year based on season.

• Monthly Rate:
  • $1250/month for May, June & July.
  • $1350/month for August (Do to Sturgis).
  • $950/month for September.

• A minimum stay of 30 days is required.

• All spots will be considered for rent to the general public on a monthly basis. However a limited amount is a priority to those traveling for work. If the Camper wishes to extend their stay, they must provide ample notice to hold their spot.

• Staying at the Park on a monthly basis does not constitute residency.
• The Park reserves the right to eject campers for any violation of park rules.

• All regular park rules listed on our Terms and Conditions will apply during your stay.
